Lux investments is a joint stock company that has been operating on the Croatian market since 2011 with a share capital of 2.509.292,00 € .
We focused on the development of real estate on the Croatian market, built in exceptional locations, and unique in the combination of quality, functionality, comfort and enjoyment of the space in which you live.
Our portfolio consists of several business, tourist and residential properties in various stages of development. We own part of the elite office space in the BCI center, which includes a garage with 447 parking spaces and a representative office building with 78 parking spaces located in the city center called CastelluM center.
In addition to business premises, we are also developing tourist services, which include the hotel complex Senses resort. Senses resort provides a wonderful vacation full of relaxation and beautiful experiences on the island of Hvar. We also have more than 200,000 m2 of exclusive plots on the Adriatic coast (Dalmatia, Istria), where we are preparing the construction of unique residential and tourist properties that will, in accordance with our mission and business strategy, confirm our excellence.
