UPU ZOGONKE area comprises of 109.000 m² of land out of which is 45.900 m² area of the project.
UPU (Urban development plan) was approved in July 2012 and legally valid location permit for all roads have been obtained. The area is defined as S-zone – as residential area with possible business activities. Construction of terraced and semidetached houses is permitted at the location.
Land plots are restricted on maximum of 30 percent of the size of the building plot.
Proscribed buildings height consists of: basement + ground floor + first floor + attic.
